Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her list. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than happy of the result. The competition was among the very best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by an actual exercise. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
