Cecily strong
Cecily Legler Strong has been a popular American actor, comedian and a member of the cast for Saturday Night Live. Her career began in theatre and she found herself drawn to comedy after taking an improv training course when she was nine years old. She hoped to pursue acting a living, however, she soon realized that she was destined for comedy and moved her focus to improv performances. The first time she performed was aboard cruise ships along with fellow members of Second City Conservatory, iO Chicago and other improv troupes. Strong has continued to perform in popular events, including Chicago Sketch Fest. The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. New York Sketchfest. and Virgin Daiquiri. Virgin Daiquiri is an all-female group of improv. Strong made her mark in 2012 when she appeared on "Saturday Night Life" during the 39th season as a star cast member as a co-host of for the Weekend Update segment first with Seth Meyers and later with Colin Jost. Cecily's most defining moment on the series was the role she played in 'The Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started a Conversation with at a Dinner Party'. Cecily made her debut as a movie actress in the film, which was titled "How to Fund the Uterus". She spoke out against how women are portrayed as bikini models and female characters in the movies of Hollywood instead of strong female characters.
